🥔 Crispy Potatoes in the Air Fryer

Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
A pinch of black pepper
Preparation Steps:
Peel the potatoes or leave the skin on as desired, then cut them into equal-sized sticks.
Soak the potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes to reduce starch, then drain and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the oil and spices (salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper), and mix well.
Arrange the potatoes in the Air Fryer basket at 200°C (390°F) for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
Serve the crispy fries hot with ketchup or cheese sauce.
Chef’s Tips:
For extra crispiness, sprinkle a little cornstarch before placing the potatoes in the Air Fryer.
