Chicken Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
250g fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, then drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook it in a little oil until golden.
- In another pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for one minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Add the cooked chicken to the sauce, then add the pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
