Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

250g fettuccine or spaghetti pasta

2 chicken breasts, sliced

2 tablespoons butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper

Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook it in a little oil until golden.
  3. In another pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for one minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce becomes creamy.
  6. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce, then add the pasta and mix well.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
