Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until well combined.
- Add cheddar cheese and mozzarella.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
