1 chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in boiling water until tender, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat the oil and butter, then cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well to coat.
- Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley.
