  • 1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Butter:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt.
  2. Cook the Shrimp:
    • Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
    • Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. Add Garlic and Spinach:
    • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
    • Add the spinach and toss until just wilted, about 1 minute.
  4. Serve:
    • Transfer to plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using, and serve with lemon wedges for a burst of fresh flavor.

Tips:
