Ingredients:

- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup (75g) chopped pepperoni, ham, or other toppings (optional)
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or mixed herbs)
- ½ cup (50g) chopped vegetables (like bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives, optional)
- For Topping:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs or garlic powder
- Extra shredded mozzarella (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it. - Roll Out the Dough:
- Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a large rectangle (about 10×12 inches).
- Add Filling:
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and your choice of toppings evenly over the sauce.
- Roll and Slice:
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other, creating a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces to make mini buns.
- Arrange and Top:
