Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
WHAT YOU NEED
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp butter
4 large flour tortillas
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
Make filling: In a skillet, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic 1 minute. Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Stir until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble wraps: Spoon filling evenly into tortillas. Fold and roll tightly.
Toast wraps: Place wraps on a skillet or grill pan, seam side down. Cook 2โ3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Serve: Slice in half and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
