Cheesy Ground Beef Muffin Cups Recipe

    • ½ cup onion, finely chopped

  • For the Base:
    • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent roll dough)

    • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or additional cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, cooking until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.
    • Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Set aside to cool slightly.
