Chicken Alfredo Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

250g fettuccine pasta

1 chicken breast, sliced

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta in boiling water until tender, then drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat the oil and butter, then cook the chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle boil.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well to coat.
  8. Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley.
