Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Cook the Beef Mixture:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

- Add diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and milk until everything is evenly coated.
- Assemble the Casserole:
- Pour the beef and pasta mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake:
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
