Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (optional, for added crunch)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the chicken:
    Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  3. Mix the topping:
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture:
    Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of each chicken breast. If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them on top for a crispy finish.
  5. Bake:
    Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Broil (optional):
    For a golden crust, broil the chicken on high for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  7. Serve:
    Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
