Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs (about 1 kg) potatoes (e.g., Yukon Gold or red potatoes)
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Wash and scrub the potatoes. You can peel them if you prefer, but leaving the skin on adds extra texture and flavor.

  6. Check for Doneness:
    • Pierce a potato with a fork to ensure it’s tender on the inside.
